Go Rogue With Us
Rogue Energy Services is hiring for oilfield jobs across West Texas, New Mexico and the Permian Basin. We are an owner-led company, founded in 2017 by Diego Cardona, and we treat our employees like family.
If you want a fulfilling career that puts people first, we are dedicated to a safe, secure and growth-driven culture. We built this company on the idea that different makes all the difference, and that starts with how we treat our people. No smoke and mirrors, just steady work, real support, and a crew that has your back.
Different Makes All The Difference
Owner Led
Founded in 2017 by Diego Cardona, Rogue is run by people who know the field, not by a distant corporate office.
Treated Like Family
We treat everyone on our work sites like family. A safe, secure and growth-driven culture is the goal, not a slogan.
Safety First
Safety is our top priority in every operation, led by a full-time HSE compliance manager and a field supervisor with more than 20 years of experience, with daily JSAs and Stop Work Authority that protects every hand.
Room To Grow
Plenty of our crew started as laborers and moved up into foreman, supervisor and superintendent roles as their skills grew.
Roles We
Hire For
We hire across the field and the front office. Bring your experience and we will find the right fit.
Laborer
The entry to the field. Laborers support tank battery construction, production maintenance and atmosphere monitoring with hand and power tools, through real physical labor in all weather. You should be able to carry at least 50 pounds, work from heights with fall protection, and follow every Rogue safety policy. Trained hands run heavy equipment like sky tracks, man lifts and backhoes.
ApplyCrew Foreman
Runs the crew on the ground. Foremen lead the day's work at the site, set the pace and hold the safety standard, and make sure every hand has what they need to get the job done right. This is the first step into leadership at Rogue.
ApplyDriver
Keeps the field moving. Drivers haul equipment, materials and tools to job sites across West Texas, New Mexico and the Permian Basin. A valid license and a clean driving record are a must, and CDL experience is a plus.
ApplyField Supervisor
Oversees all activity at their job sites, makes sure the scope of work gets done, and keeps every task safe. Field supervisors manage the crew on the project, coordinate field activity to hit daily, short-term and long-term production objectives, and help win future work for Rogue.
ApplySuperintendent
Runs the bigger picture. Superintendents oversee multiple crews and job sites, plan the work ahead, and keep projects on schedule, on budget and safe from start to finish.
ApplyAccount Manager
Our link to the client. Account managers build the relationship, keep customers updated on the work, and make sure Rogue delivers what we promised on every job. Field or oilfield service experience helps you speak the customer's language.
ApplyAdministrative Assistant
Keeps the office running. Administrative assistants handle paperwork, scheduling and day-to-day support so the field crews can stay focused on the work. Strong organization and a friendly phone voice go a long way here.
ApplyStart Your Application
Applying takes about 10 minutes. Have your work history handy. Pick the role that fits, tell us who you are, and we will follow up with qualified candidates. Do not see a good fit? Choose "Other" as the position and we will keep your application on file for the next opening.
