Text messaging program (SMS)

Program name: Rogue IT Support. Rogue Energy Services operates a text messaging line that employees of Rogue Energy Services and its affiliate companies use to reach internal IT support. Employees opt in by sending the first text message to the published IT support number; replies are limited to the support conversation the employee started (troubleshooting steps, ticket confirmations, and status updates). The full opt-in notice published to staff is available at rogueenergyservices.com/sms-opt-in.

How we handle information collected through text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
