Text messaging program (SMS)

Program name: Rogue IT Support. Rogue Energy Services operates a text messaging line that employees of Rogue Energy Services and its affiliate companies use to reach internal IT support. Employees opt in by sending the first text message to the published IT support number; replies are limited to the support conversation the employee started (troubleshooting steps, ticket confirmations, and status updates).

• Message frequency varies based on your support requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP at any time, email [email protected], or call 325.450.0466.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
