What our forms collect and why

When you fill out a form on this site (a contact request, a job application, or a campaign landing page), we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any message you include. Job applications also collect the work history you choose to share and any resume you attach. We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you, whether that is a callback about a project or the next step in a hiring process.

Campaign landing page forms also record how you found us (for example, which ad or search brought you here) so we know which advertising is worth keeping. This includes standard tags added to ad links, such as campaign names and click identifiers.

Analytics and advertising tools we use

This site uses a small set of common measurement tools:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which receive page views and form submission events.
• Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API, which receive page views on campaign pages and a notice when a campaign form is submitted. For ad measurement, contact details are hashed (turned into a scrambled code) before they are sent.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API, which work the same way for LinkedIn campaigns.

These tools help us measure whether our advertising works. They receive page views, form submission events, and hashed contact details for matching. They do not receive your message content or application materials.

Google explains how it uses data from sites like ours at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings, block Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and opt out of many other advertising cookies at aboutads.info.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common standard for how sites should respond to these signals, this site does not change its behavior when it receives one; the opt-out links above are the reliable way to limit tracking.

How long we keep lead records

Records from campaign and contact forms are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove it from our systems. Hashed identifiers already sent to Meta or LinkedIn for ad measurement are removed through those platforms' own data deletion tools, which we do not control.

Text messaging (SMS)

Rogue Energy Services operates text messaging lines, including an internal IT support line, for employees and people who contact us. If you text one of our numbers, we collect your phone number and the content of your messages so we can respond to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. The full opt-in notice published to staff is available at rogueenergyservices.com/sms-opt-in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with anyone outside the tools listed above and the people at Rogue who need it to respond to you.
