How opt-in works
- Who: employees of Rogue Energy Services, LLC and its affiliate companies only. No consumer marketing is sent on this line.
- How: the employee texts the IT support number first — for example the keyword IT or START, or any support request. Every conversation is initiated by the employee.
- Confirmation: on first contact the employee receives an enrollment confirmation reply: “Rogue Energy Services IT Helpdesk: You are enrolled in IT support messaging. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time and no further messages will be sent.
